St George's, July 6 (IANS) Cameron Green hopes his fighting half-century on day three of the second Test against West Indies in Grenada marks a turning point in what has been a challenging run of form at the top of Australia’s order. Promoted to bat at No. 3 during last month’s World Test Championship final, Green managed just four runs in a disappointing return to Test cricket after more than a year out. Despite that, skipper Pat Cummins backed the 26-year-old all-rounder as a long-term option at first drop, giving him a continued run during the three-match series in the Caribbean.
