Himachal High Court sets up fund to help those 'struggling to rebuild lives'

Shimla, Sep 7 (IANS) Exhibiting a humane approach towards building resilience and supporting natural calamity-hit communities, the Himachal Pradesh High Court has set up a dedicated voluntary fund with an appeal to "call of conscience" to help those “struggling to rebuild their lives”.
