Venugopal on Saturday announced that the Congress will hold a 'Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhod Maha Rally, on December 14 at 1:30 p.m. at Ramlila Maidan in the national Capital. According to air quality tracker aqi.in, Delhi recorded an alarming Air Quality Index (AQI) of 447 at 7 a.m. Several monitoring stations recorded AQI levels above 500, pushing pollution into the ‘severe plus’ zone, where air becomes practically unbreathable.
