Sydney, Sep 11 (IANS) A massive rise in cases of sexual, physical, and psychological abuse in Pakistan has been recorded this year showcasing the country's systemic failure in child protection mechanisms, a report revealed on Thursday. Pakistan witnessed a 20 per cent increase in reported child sexual abuse (CSA) cases between January-June 2025 compared to the same period in 2024, according to Sahil's Cruel Numbers report.
