Governor Vinai Saxena departed from the Mongolian capital of Ulaanbaatar on Wednesday aboard a special Indian Air Force (IAF) flight to India, carrying back the holy relics of Lord Buddha’s two chief disciples, Arahant Sariputra and Arahant Maudgalyayana.
