New Delhi, September 11 (IANS) One of the petitioners in Adani-Hindenburg matter has filed an affidavit before the Supreme Court claiming that the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) brought a series of amendments only to benefit the Adani Group and the market regulator has a conflict of interest in investigating the violations of law committed by it.

Chandrachud to defer proceedings coming up before the Constitution Bench on September 13 saying that the expert committee formed by the Centre to examine the working of arbitration law in the country and recommend reforms in the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 would need more time to prepare its report.
