JGU expands India-Japan academic ties with five new study programmes

Sonipat, Nov 17 (IANS) In a major boost to India-Japan academic cooperation and student mobility, O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) on Monday announced the launch of five new Short-Term Study Abroad Programmes (ST-SAPs) across leading Japanese universities for Summer 2026. It is one of the largest Japan-focused internationalisation Initiatives by an Indian University.

Hyderabad, Nov 17 (IANS) Relatives of Umrah pilgrims were anxiously waiting to hear about their loved ones after the horrific bus accident near the holy city of Madina in Saudi Arabia. A total of 44 pilgrims had left for Saudi Arabia on November 9 through two travel operators based in Hyderabad.
