Mardan, March 30 (IANS) In a first-of-its-kind operation, the Pakistan military carried out drone strikes to target suspected militant hideouts in Babozai village in Katlang tehsil of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa (KP) province's Mardan district, killing at least 11 militants of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and, reportedly, nine civilians.

Yangon, March 30 (IANS) India has intensified its efforts to assist Myanmar following the devastating earthquake, under 'Operation Brahma', by sending two C-17 aircraft with 118-member Indian Army field hospital unit, including women and child care services, as well as 60 tonnes of relief material which arrived in Myanmar later on Saturday, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said in a statement.
