Dhaka, July 29 (IANS) Bangladesh's National Citizen Party (NCP) on Tuesday demanded a legal framework for July Charter prior to the next parliamentary polls. NCP leader raised the demand at a press briefing during the lunch break of the 21st session of the second-round reform dialogue between the National Consensus Commission (NCC) and political parties in Dhaka's Foreign Service Academy.
