Mumbai, June 18 (IANS) The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) has disclosed in its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) that two long-running regulatory cases linked to its co-location and dark fibre facilities remain unresolved, with the exchange proposing to pay Rs 1,491.21 crore to settle the matters with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
