India women to play white-ball series against West Indies, Ireland in December-January

New Delhi, Nov 13 (IANS) The India women’s cricket team will be playing white-ball games against West Indies and Ireland from December 15 to January 15, 2025, said the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Wednesday. West Indies last toured India in November 2016, when they won the T20I series 3-0, while India emerged victorious in ODIs by the same margin in Vijayawada, the BCCI informed in a statement on Wednesday.

India grouped with Pakistan, Nepal in inaugural edition of Women’s U19 Asia Cup

New Delhi, Nov 13 (IANS) India have been placed with Pakistan and Nepal in Group A of the inaugural Women’s U19 Asia Cup, to be played in the 20-over format at the Bayuemas Cricket Oval in Malaysia from December 15-22. Group B comprises hosts Malaysia, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. The Women’s U19 Asia Cup will serve as a key preparatory tournament for all Asian teams before the 2025 ICC Women’s U19 T20 World Cup, to be hosted by Malaysia from January 18 to February 2.
