RBI issues compounding order for FEMA violations in Myntra case

New Delhi, June 4 (IANS) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued a compounding order, under Section 15 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA), in the case of M/s Myntra Designs Private Limited, which has resulted in the termination of investigation against the company for alleged contraventions of the provisions of FEMA, with a fine of Rs 2.88 lakh, according to a statement issued by the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) on Thursday.
