Govt releases discussion paper for compiling monetary asset accounts of coal in India

New Delhi, June 24 (IANS) The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation has released a discussion paper on approaches for compiling monetary asset accounts of coal in India, which is aligned with the System of Environmental-Economic Accounting (SEEA) Central Framework, endorsed by the United Nations Statistical Commission as an international statistical standard, it was announced on Wednesday.
