New Delhi, Oct 12 (IANS) The Delhi High Court has said that a wife's claim for separate residence in "justifiable situations" cannot be labelled as an act of cruelty to the husband, however, if he has chosen to be in a joint family with his parents, he cannot be forced to separate from the first day of his marriage “merely on the whims" of his wife.

New Delhi, Oct 11 (IANS) The Delhi High Court on Wednesday said that it is not peevish about being "called names" and is open for just and fair criticism, but will not tolerate something obstructing the functioning of the court or the judicial system.
