New Delhi, June 27 (IANS) Manish Mehrotra is acknowledged as the foremost exponent of 'Progressive Indian Cuisine'. Prateek Sadhu is the new star on the block, having garnered a wall full of accolades during his stint at Mumbai's Masque restaurant, and then deciding to relocate to a Himalayan village named Darwa, a 40-minute drive away from Kasauli in Himachal Pradesh, to open his passion restaurant, Naar, in the middle of nowhere.
