Kolkata, March 3 (IANS) A petition was filed before a single bench of the Calcutta High Court on Monday accusing Kolkata Police of conducting a biased and one-sided investigation in the case of a ruckus at Jadavpur University on March 1. Two students of the university were injured and hospitalised after allegedly being hit by the vehicle of West Bengal Education Minister Bratya Basu.
