Mumbai, April 2 (IANS) Celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor has appreciated star comedian for spreading laughter and happiness in the lives of people with all his heart.

Sanjeev Kapoor took to his social media account to wish comedian-actor Kapil Sharma on his 44th birthday on the 2nd of April and shared a picture of them together.

He wrote, “Janamdin ki aapko hardik shubhkamnayein, @kapilsharma!

Zindagi jeene ka asli swaad tab aata hai jab usmein hasi aur khushi dono ho… aur aapne yeh dono hi dil kholkar poori duniya ko diye hain. And I truly hope the years ahead continue to give you countless opportunities to keep spreading laughter and love to all.”

In the picture shared by Kapoor, Kapil Sharma is seen seated alongside him on the sets of the talk show hosted by Sharma, with both sharing a hearty laugh.

Actress Kriti Sanon also joined in to wish Kapil. Sharing a selfie with him on her social media account, she wrote, “Happy Birthday Kapil. Always a joy being around you, have the best year ahead.”

Talking about Kapil Sharma’s journey, the star comedian hailed from a humble Punjabi background, and over the years, went onto become one of India’s most celebrated entertainer

Kapil had no connections in the entertainment industry, and he rose to fame after winning The Great Indian Laughter Challenge.

Post that he went on to star in Comedy Circus and later hosted Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, before creating iconic shows like Comedy Nights with Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show.

Known for his impeccable comic timing and hosting skills, Kapil then also ventured into films with Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon. He was last seen in the sequel of the movie Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, released in January.

On the personal front, Kapil Sharma married his longtime girlfriend Ginni Chatrath in 2018, and the couple is blessed with two children.
