10 state bodies await SC hearing before deciding on BCCI constitution

New Delhi, Aug 14: Even though the Committee of Administrators (CoA) has claimed that all states who don't amend their constitution as per the newly registered Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Constitution will be left without a voting right at the board election -- expected to be held on October 22 -- around 10 state associations are awaiting a hearing at the Supreme Court before they go ahead with the process of amendment.
